Parole Board Assessments

Our practitioners have a great deal of experience in preparing reports, and giving oral testimony, in cases heard before the Parole Board.  Offender assessments in preparation for Parole Board hearings include:

  • Structured Assessment of Risk, Need and Responsivity (SARNR) assessments
  • Sentence Planning and Review Reports (SPR E)
  • Risk assessment of people convicted of sexual or violent offences.
  • Psychological assessments of Personality Disorder (International Personality Disorder Evaluation [PDE]; Psychopathy [PCL-R]; Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory-IV [MCMI-IV]; Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory [MMPI]; Psychopathic Personality Inventory [PPI]).

Forensic Risk Assessment, using structured professional judgment scales: (SVR-20; HCR-20v3; RSVP; SARA), Inventory of Offender Risk, Needs, and Strengths (IORNS) and Structured Assessment of Protective Factors for violence risk assessment (SAPROF).
