Related to our experience in assessing Mental Capacity we have specialist experience in completing assessments relating to decision making in managing finances and affairs; welfare decisions such as where to live, or about consent to treatment (surgery, termination, behavioural interventions including use of restraint), and Deprivation of Liberty (soon to be Protection of Liberty Standards). This may include advice about whom should make Best Interest Decisions on behalf of a person lacking Capacity.
